Registration fees and deadlines

Participant’s and student’s fees include admission to all scientific sessions, delegate’s kit, final program, book of abstracts, field trip to Yundola, coffee-breaks, luncheos, Icebreaker cocktail and Conference Dinner

*Students should provide a certificate of their status.

Accompanying person’s fee includes: lunchoens, Icebreaker cocktail, Conference dinner and Sightseeing tour of Sofia.

The Registration Desk will be located in the Congress Lobby of Park Hotel Moskva.

Operation hours will be announced later. CIM staff will be available at the Registration desk to provide any help needed regarding the conference, accommodation, transportation, social programme, payment documents, practical information, etc.

Payment

Methods of payment of the Registration fee(s), hotel accommodation, transfers and tours:

By bank transfer (net of bank charges)

Please, indicate clearly your name and “FORESTRY 2015” on the bank documents. Please note that bank collection fees are the responsibility of the sender.

By credit card – online /VISA and MasterCard only/

Participants can pay online by registering online through the official link (please see above) in the end of the registration process

By credit card – authorization form

If you prefer to pay by credit card , please fill in, sign and send the enclosed Credit Card        Authorisation Form by fax  + 359 2 980 60 74 to CIM Ltd.

On-site payments at the CIM Registration Desk will be available only for new participants or new services. All fees and total amount of the accommodation must be prepaid. CIM will accept       payments in cash EUR or by credit card.

Cancelation policy

Cancellation of registration is accepted if made in writing and sent to CIM Ltd. within the indicated time limits:

• Before 1 April 2015 – reimbursement of the amount prepaid less 50 % of the Registration fee
• After 1 April 2015 – no refunds will be made.

All accepted paper’s authors must pay full early registration fee within the designated deadline.
