Pre - conference one-day tour to Rila monastery with lunch

One-day tour to Rila Monastery includes transportation to one of UNESCO’s most important sites on Balkan Peninsula, professional guide through the whole day, admission to the monastery, lunch in local restaurant with Bulgarian cousin and beverages and taxes.

Price: 55 EUR per person

(Minimum participants attending the tour 10 persons)

Tour will be held on May, 6^th from 9:00 to 16:00h.

ICEBREAKER:

The icebreaker will start at 19:00 on Thuesday, May, 6^th, 2015 in Park Hotel Moskva

The icebreaker is free for all registered participants and accompanying persons.

The Icebreaker ticket will be included in your registration documents. For accompanying persons, the registered participant should require the ticket at the registration desk of the Conference.

CITY TOUR OF SOFIA /accompanying (companion) persons/:

The four hours visit of Sofia City is included in your Conference fee. It will take place on Friday, May, 8^th, 2015, 14:00. Time is subject to change.

Participants can join the tour for charge of 20 Euro.

The Buses will be waiting for the participants at the front of Park Hotel Moskow Hotel.

CONFERENCE DINNER:

The Conference Dinner will be organized on Saturday, May, 8^th, 2015, 20:00.

The Conference Dinner ticket will be included in your registration documents. For accompanying persons, the registered participant should require the ticket at the registration desk of the Conference.

Place and pick-up time will be announced later.
